We hope you love every Little Willow piece. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging. Personalised items and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Starting a return
Contact hello@littlewillow.com with your order number. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for tracked return postage.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
